Krystle Jordan, LMFTA

krystleKrystle Jordan, LMFTA, received her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from the University of Connecticut in 2015 and immediately began working in the mental health field. She also received a master’s in social work from Central Connecticut State University in 2020. Krystle sought a career in mental health to bring awareness of its importance to underserved populations.

Krystle has extensive experience working with families and children, providing bereavement counseling and therapy for those with substance use disorder. She joins SMPSychtheroay to offer therapy services to individuals and couples.

Krystle focuses on building rapport with adult clients to help them navigate substance use disorder, trauma, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and other mental health issues. She works with couples to solve relationship challenges, parenting differences, and communication issues. Krystle is a culturally sensitive therapist who incorporates CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy into her practice.

Your first sessions with Krystle will focus on building relationships. She believes connection is where healing begins.
