Her expertise extends to trauma, especially with children. Utilizing diverse modalities, Danika employs play therapy for children, genograms to explore backgrounds, and talk therapy. She also incorporates EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing to tailor interventions to each client&#8217;s needs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danika&#8217;s goal is to empower her clients, providing them with the skills to navigate challenges independently. She aims to instill a sense of self-efficacy, ensuring clients feel equipped to manage their mental health autonomously.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danika builds connections by sharing personal experiences, fostering rapport, and creating a comfortable space for clients to open up.
