An enthusiastic mental health professional, Kaci is dedicated to authenticity and support in the mental health journey for both her clients and the professionals with whom she collaborates.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaci\u2019s educational path began with her Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Psychology from Baypath in Long Meadow, Massachusetts, followed by her Master&#8217;s in Social Work at St. Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. Her studies led to Kaci\u2019s enduring commitment to the field.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Originally drawn to teaching, Kaci explored early childhood education, spending eight years working as a teaching assistant. During this period, Kaci\u2019s collaboration with a social worker revealed her passion for the flexibility and impact of social work. The joy of helping people, providing support, and the dynamic nature of the field captured her heart.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaci&#8217;s mental health work history spans case management with homeless populations, intensive in-home therapy, and serving as a school clinical social worker. Currently, she operates in the outpatient realm, transitioning from working with children and adolescents to focusing on adults.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a Supervising Clinician at SMPsychotherapy &amp; Counseling, Kaci manages administrative tasks and conducts staff training, contributing to the growth and development of the team. Kaci&#8217;s primary goal in working with supervisees is to be authentic, helpful, and a reliable outreach for support. She strives to create an environment where they feel comfortable discussing any topic.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What sets Kaci apart are her authenticity and genuineness. She believes in adapting and being exactly who she is \u2013 what you see is what you get. This approach fosters a connection with clients that encourages their own authenticity and their willingness to return.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaci offers services in English and provides weekday appointments. Beyond work, Kaci finds joy in spending time with her family.
