She believes clinicians should understand not only what to do, but also why it matters and how to respond when circumstances do not follow the textbook.<\/p><p>Samantha brings high expectations to supervision while remaining warm, caring, and invested in professional growth. She values accountability, preparation, consistency, and following established clinical and safety procedures.
