SMPsychotherapy & Counseling Services is a counseling private practice in Danbury, CT. We are expanding our Telehealth (online) counseling services in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic/crisis. We are extending our services across the State of Connecticut using a HIPAA-secured platform.

We service children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with the mission to increase accessibility while providing professional services focused on the improvement of mental health, and higher quality of life of children, adolescents, and families.

We specialize in trauma, mood (depression, anxiety, bipolar), impulse-control, grief, and adjustment-related disorders AND/OR children/adolescents with behavioral, social, and emotional concerns, and family issues.

We are seeking a fully licensed clinician. (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D, Ph.D) licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team part-time or full-time. We specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Calificaciones:

• Must possess licensure as a licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut.
• Must have experience in trauma, mood (depression, anxiety, bipolar), impulse-control, grief, and adjustment-related disorders AND/OR children/adolescents with behavioral, social, and emotional concerns, and family issues.
• Must be able to work independently, exercise sound judgment interpreting guidelines and applicability, and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) clinicians encourage you to apply but not required English speakers positions are available as well.

• The position is available as an (IC) Independent Contractor and part-time employee; you will be responsible for completing notes, assessments, and paperwork required on all clients.
• Compensation is based on a percentage of billable hours and hourly for part-time positions.
