Cu\u00e1ndo pienso acerca de lo que hago todos los d\u00edas, mi coraz\u00f3n salta de emoci\u00f3n. Mi pasi\u00f3n es ayudar a personas a encontrar su verdadero \u201cYo\u201d, sin importar su situaci\u00f3n actual. Todos cometemos errores, todos nos sentimos perdidos a veces, y todos nos sentimos inseguros acerca de qui\u00e9nes somos y de nuestras decisiones de la vida.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Trabajo de una manera eficiente con clientes que est\u00e1n teniendo dificultades con s\u00edntomas de ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, y trauma, como tambi\u00e9n personas que est\u00e1n experimentando transiciones de vida. Aunque se que el trabajo debe comenzar con uno mismo, tambi\u00e9n creo en el poder de las masas. Por eso es que tambi\u00e9n trabajo con parejas y familias que est\u00e1n pasando por dificultades comunic\u00e1ndose, tomando perspectivas distintas, desconexi\u00f3n entre miembros de la familia y trauma generacional.<\/p>\n\n

Creo firmemente en la importancia de usar tus experiencias personales para aprender m\u00e1s acerca de ti mismo y desarrollarte como un individuo. Dado de haber crecido en Per\u00fa y luego haberme mudado a los Estados Unidos a los 17 a\u00f1os, me ayud\u00f3 a ver el mundo a trav\u00e9s de los ojos de un inmigrante, una adolescente desarroll\u00e1ndose en una nueva cultura y un adulto en desarrollo que tuvo que acostumbrarse a vivir con familiares nuevos.<\/p>\n\n

Como una inmigrante, entiendo el choque de cultura que muchos de nosotros vivimos cuando nos mudamos de nuestros pa\u00edses de origen a los Estados Unidos, la culpa de haber dejado familia all\u00e1, y el miedo que uno siente cuando tratas algo completamente nuevo en un lugar extra\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Creo en el trabajo colaborativo. Nuestras sesiones ser\u00e1n un espacio para que t\u00fa puedas ser quien verdaderamente eres y donde nosotros crearemos una relaci\u00f3n sana, honesta y confiable en las que trabajaremos hacia las metas que t\u00fa est\u00e9s listo para alcanzar.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Mi estrategia terap\u00e9utica est\u00e1 influenciada por la terapia cognitiva-conductual (CBT), enfoque en soluciones, empat\u00eda radical, y terapia human\u00edstica. La parte m\u00e1s importante de mi terapia es tener empat\u00eda por mis clientes y usar una modalidad de no juzgar para asegurarme de escuchar TU historia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n
